Geoff Curtis began his career in the financial planning industry, gaining exposure to the mortgage process and eventually developing a passion for real estate.

In his early career as a Real Estate Agent, Geoff was among the first to offer a low-cost, 4% listing option that still included all the high-value additions of other agents. He worked tirelessly to drive down costs for his clients and he brings this same passion to his current brokerage work.

Using his finance background, Geoff is often able to help his clients build a plan to qualify for homeownership or use a current home to pay off higher-rate loans, improving their all-around financial situation. When other lenders make claims of “no fees”, it does not mean they are working for free. Rather, it can often mean the client pays a higher rate depending on how much the broker is being paid by the institution making the loan. Geoff understands the nuances of the industry and takes a comprehensive look at each situation to determine the best overall loan for each client, not just for now, but for their long-term financial well-being.

Through his service on many different sides of the real estate process, Geoff has mastered the relationship and communication components of navigating a successful closing. He brings together clients, real estate agents, title companies, underwriters, and other professionals to ensure each transaction closes smoothly.

In his free time, Geoff loves golfing, traveling, and spending time with his wife, Andrea and their two children. When not working, Geoff can be found wake-surfing, skiing, or sitting around a campfire on Flathead Lake.
